Pastor Mike’s ministry goals include:

  • To constantly and consistently seek God’s will for my life and for the life of the Church and its congregants through regular prayer, biblical study, and relationships to accountability partners.

  • To preach and teach the Bible faithfully and passionately, without compromise, in a way that clearly communicates God’s message of hope and love for His people, the church, and for the lost (2 Timothy 3:16, Ephesians 4:11-13).

  • To consistently serve and connect with the community through outreach and service projects.

  • To develop relationships with local leaders, including city officials, school administrators and business owners, to help meet the needs of our community.

  • To grow the attendance and membership of the Church through community involvement and development of community groups (small groups that meet at various locations throughout the community) in order to share the Gospel (Acts 17:1-3).

  • To develop and foster a passion for mission work through prayer, financial support and active participation in local and global missions efforts (Matthew 28:19).

  • To minister to the people of the Church through home visits, hospital visits, counseling, personal Bible studies, and other discipleship opportunities (Acts 2:42-47).

  • To work in unity with the Church’s appointed leaders and seek the counsel of faithful, experienced members to lead the church as directed by God’s Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:12-14).
